Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the same loop I ran Tuesday with Ethan and Tim Smith. It was pretty relaxed the whole way. We talked a lot about school and the things they've done for research and stuff. On the way back I found a hubcap and gave it to Kurt. He scorned it though. Overall a nice easy run and shakeout before confrence. I'm trying to get mentaly in there even though as of now I'm not running. Its tough but I feel I'm ready if need be Saturday which is probably the best bet.
Static 3 and Eagle with 10 pushups after (Tried to slow the pushups to get extra strength in)
No strides as per coaches instructions.
3x15 dips later
Resting Heart Rate: 44 (I was over thinking things again)
Sleps 10 hours (wednesday nights are my night to sleep lots)
