Championship lifting week4 day 2

October 29, 2009 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Did the championship lift day 2 which took all of 20 minnutes
Hang-Snatch 4x6 with 6 (Asked Bobby how to do this and got it down pretty good)

4 way bands 2x10 (Not bad pretty much the same as high school)

Calf Raises 2x12 (These hurt lake usual but nothing major)

Superset 2xpullups and 10 curls with 45 (Almost got 9 it'll come next week most likely)

DB arm runs 2x20 (Moved really fast which was good. Have always tried to focus on that)

General Notes: Typical lift for this cycle. Easy except for the pullups. I'm execited to get into the hard lifting next week
