Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Saw Yaz again and she did some more ultrasound and soft tissue and said I could run for a bit. I did 30 minutes with Hannah in the afternoon. We just ran around the outdoor track for a while for the flat soft surfaces, but then the sprinters showed up so we went on 43 for a bit. It hurt, but not horribly. Then bikes for 25 minutes and lifted. I feel like I’m getting out of shape. I realized my first race might be in a couple weeks in one of Williams home meets. I never want to have an awful race, but I especially don’t want to in this meet.
