Comments:
It's getting harder and harder to run outdoors, due mostly to the darkness. Hit the gym today and spent sometime trying to stretch out the soreness from yesterday. Did some light weight training, mostly with the medicine ball to keep tone in the upper body.
Running was a steady state piece, just below 7-minute mile pace. I was looking to again work out the soreness, but I still felt the urge to push it up a bit. I guess that's good in terms of motivation.
