Weather: 8:30 a.m. 40 and cool
Comments:
Ran from house over to trail of tears to stretch and do drills. Then did 3 x 3:00 on/2:00 off over to park and then back. Did a few Strava segments and finished with 1.5 miles easy. Felt pretty good and pushed pretty hard on last few segments. A good workout after struggling to get going.
left hamstring and quads still hurt but not too bad! Wore new Hoaka Clifton 4's -RED
