Comments:
2 mile warmup. 4x800 at around 2:40 and 800 off around 3:20, 2:40/:38/:38/:40, all the offs were around 3:20 except the first. total time 2:44. 2 miles down. thought i was running faster on the last rep so i didnt look at my 400 split, was surprised i wasnt faster.
