Long again. Still annoyed that I missed last week's run, but at least this week's been on schedule. Felt real good for the first 10ish, but I think the leftover cold that I've had caught up with me at the end. But on the bright side, I've barely had to blow my nose today, so I think this coming week should be a return to normalcy. Now if only it could be warmer.
