Comments:
Depending on weather, shooting for an easy 5 today or tomorrow but within the run, I want you to find a short hill you can run fast up for 20 sec.
Jog back down the hill and do 5 repeats in a row.
These are very important!!!!
You do not have to stop watch but just include it part of the 5 miles.
