Comments:
16 miles easy
I kind of want to see how you would feel if throughout Run you added a 1,min faster type surge in about 8 times.
So basically just picking things up for a minute and then back to regular easy pace.
This is just to keep legs strong and strengthen while we do a lot of easy aerobic running..

done pretty slow but steady 11 min/mile on a pretty hilly course.
