Comments:
So because of work stuff, I'll have to take Wednesday off instead of today. But that's okay, because today was a super nice run! Hit up Mountain Lakes, and had some real pleasant trail work. Felt nimble, quick, and relaxed. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can enjoy this sort of run a little more properly.
