Comments:
Felt ok. I run better (easier or less consciously) in the AM. Not real fast, kept it at about 7 to 7.5 mph throughout. Kicked it up to 9 for the last .25 mile. Didn't want to overdo it with the 20+ on Sunday. Viva la marathon.
