Today's workout was 8x200 at 800m pace with 200 jogging rest. I didn't have much time for this workout, because school and extracurriculars that aren't running club are consuming all of my time RIP. So this was probably like a 3 mile workout.

The actual workout felt pretty good, I really focused on trying to run good form down the final backstretch (criticism from Coach Diener). I even spiked up. Before the last 2, I had to use the bathroom really badly. Thankfully the bathroom was open this time around, otherwise I may have shit my pants... without any wins lol.

Overall beautiful 50 degree day (didn't it just snow?). Ready to go at Nats.
