Comments:
Hartley hill repeats with PI. 5 x 2xHartley loops (about .8 miles per rep)
Went well, the rest was unfortunately like a minute too long, but I think I made up for it by keeping the pace good (starting at 5:04, and consistently pulled down to 4:45). Considering I haven't had a proper workout with the group in a while, I'm glad I still had some sharpness. But now it looks like I'll be missing it again next week, so so much for consistency. Maybe I'll just try to get in something solo.
