Comments:
So the track was overrun by middle schoolers today with Dietrich Hittner as one of the volunteer coaches. Of course, Dietrich failed to inform all of us about this.
So instead of going on the track, we did our 3xMile thresholds in a little loop around East Lansing. It was good, although my calves feel pretty sore now :/
Really got nothing else to say other than I might jump out my window if the TWolves lose tonight...
