20 in easy warmup into ladder fartlek bik, 1-1-2-2-3-3-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 all with 1 min easy inbetween. 5 min cooldown. Honestly, at the beginning of the workout i didnt think iw as going to be able to complete this but i surprised myself and got faster and faster even with the increased time. kept the up parts over 22.0 mph
