Comments:
Workout at AU. Aim was to do shorter distances at faster paces as we went. I did a mile at a pace 1:30 slower than PR, 2 800s aiming for 3:45 or faster, and a 400 as fast as I could. Felt really good, though it was challenging, but finally started to feel some speed in my legs that means I'm in shape which is fun and exciting. I really enjoy track workouts and felt very satisfied with my effort on this one!
