Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
*set the run/walk timer and didn’t look at watch. Ran faster than I thought. Had a great time
If got the 4 to 6 miles easy in today or tomorrow can be a 1 hour run.
Throughout the one hour, you can run very easy or how you feel. All I ask is that you add a 1 min. Pickup every 10 min.
So 10 min easy
1 min moderate
10 min easy
1 min moderate and so on....
Really really don’t want you to look at pace. Turn auto lap off!
You can see the distance and pace at end! Just look at timer!!
