Comments:
Ran at St Albans - first two laps felt good, tried to consciously work on the arms and form and make a gap between the girls who I knew were behind me. unfortunately they passed me going into the final straightaway and my legs felt like jelly and I couldn't go with them.
93, 103 (3:16), 104?, 99 . I felt like this was the most focused third lap I've had which was good, and I don't feel too far off my PR, so overall a good race!
