Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
53 min. interval workout on bike. 2 min intervals with equal recovery. the hard was at resis 4, 5 for the last set and around 125 rpm.....then dave, greg, and i proceeded to take part in a lifting workout that has now caused us to lose all feeling in our upper body :)...4 sets benching, max out 145, 30-40 pull ups, abs, hand-offs..my arms hurt.
