I was just informed that the 10k at Hillsdale will only be run on Friday night, so this means that I instead will be racing the 5k on Thursday. wow coach wes was right again. If I have learned anything this semester it's that you should NEVER doubt or fight anything that Wes says about track. Road racing though? Maybe you can fight him about that. But he knows his track more than anyone and I have definitely been put in my place by him with that. Anyway, this means this is my last shot at Colin Riley. I have been given one. more. chance. And I have talked way too much shit and talked too much about how easy my last race was to not get it on this 3rd try.

Congrats Adam Terwillegar on retaining your club record in the 10k by technicality.

As for the run today, it was a beautiful start to #ShirtlessSZN. Always a good day when that day comes around. It was just me, Austin, and Alec Gillis which was weird. Also nice to see CZ out.

Calves still hurt like a son of a bitch. Telling them to figure it out I guess hasn't been enough so i am thinking I am just not going to run tomorrow.
