Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Since I didn't run at the meet today I did an easy 7 on my own when I got back. At confrence teams were girls: 2 guys:8 last. Not again will this happen. My run felt pretty good. Felt relaxed and fast the whole time but never really out of coontrol or where I was working really hard at all. Just a nice loping pace to get some miles in. I'll probably do 5 or 6 tomorrow to complete my weeks mileage. A little down this week per coaches orders. Track training for me starts Monday so I'm execited to get that going. We'll see how shocked I am to be running really fast again.
Static 3 and Bear after. Coach Lenese circut. 3x15 dips tonight.
