well, i am officially terrified for tomorrow. my calves still hurt like a son of a bitch. i honestly don't think my calves can handle 5000m on a track in spikes. over even any distance at all. but whatever happens happens. it sucks that i might not get a good shot at the record again. just makes you realize that old cliche to always make the most of every opportunity you have because you never know when it will be your last.


Also just updated the running log downloader to have a dank settings file. username and password are to be put in there (no more command line args!) and you can specify if you want to just get your most recent logs and set whatever failover interval you want.
