Comments:
PI workout at Mountain Lakes! Warmed up from my house, since this week is all about hitting mileage. Basically loops around the first lake there.
4 sets of 1 lap, 1' rest, 2 laps, 2' rest. (Each lap ~650m.
Average pace per mile was around 6:05, and each rep was either consistent or negatively split. Went super well, I'm happy with it.
