Video coming soon.

Well, I ran my third chocolate milk mile. I had one goal going into this race.... don't get last.

So after filming some quality video, I hopped on the line with my chocolate milk bandana and sunglasses. I really didn't want to start the race, but with my last year's great appreciation for chocolate milk, I figured I could chug a little bit faster. And I did a little bit.

The race went off with basically everyone way far ahead of me except for Whinnery and Kaitlin McHenry (even Alex Prett RIP). Whinnery got a solid 15-20 seconds on me and then I beat Kaitlin off the line. At the beginning, I figured I could at least take her. The 2nd lap rolled around for me and I'm pretty sure that's where Red lapped me lol. I got off the line first, but he ran ahead of me. I cannot run fast with chocolate milk lol. I got through the third lap and realized I was far ahead of Kaitlin and would likely beat her SKKKKKRRRR. I did start to feel the chocolate milk in my stomach, but figured I could push through it. I also saw Lucas savage Red Cap and Joe G in the last 300m and take the W. Massive shoutout.

So the final lap rolled around and I saw Whinnery dying. Could I finally beat a dude? I aggressively sipped as hard as I could (I can't chug lol) and my stomach quivered as hard as it could. Whinnery beat me off the line, but started puking 80 to 100ms in. I knew if I could manage not to throw up, then I could slightly avenge my close loss to JB last year (never forget).

But surviving the last lap was simply not enough, I had to take a risk and pass Whinnery (btw sorry Ryan, I still think you did a solid job surviving your first CM Mile). I passed him at the of the back stretch, but that's when I felt the milk kirtle in my stomach. I knew I was about to throw up, but that didn't stop me. I put my hands over my mouth and sprinted one of the toughest 100m stretches of my life. It was so hard not to puke, but I crossed the line and just barely made it to the trash can. I came in 3rd to last. Wow, finally managed to not get last place.

Happy with how it went this year. Let's get it!
