Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
AM run. Tired but still got up in time. The sun comes up pretty early so its real light out. Misty and moist this morning. Havnt run since the race so legs were pretty beat actually. I took it nice and easy today. Took my time on the trail as well so I didnt wipe out. Feel refreshed after, but the mileage was not that long.

Essentials: Stretch

Ohh pretty tight when I got back. Nothing in particular, it just felt foreign.
