Don't Run With a Phone

I ran a little over 5 miles down the Inter-Urban Trail. My phone's GPS was being absolutely wack from the start. Apparently, my mile splits were 8:00, 6:50, 5:52, 7:13, 7:10, 7:15. My phone must've been majorly stroking out for the first 3 miles lol. I should stop running with a phone.

Once again, I didn't feel very good on the run. I think my body's a bit fatigued, but that's not gonna stop me from running this Marathon. I might need to take a few days of easy or no running. Just whatever can get me ready to finish this marathon. I also need to survive a really long run or do a marathon workout, but I'll worry about that next week.
