Well we really got into it last night. I enjoyed sleeping in and going abut my day nice and easy. It was splendid weather. Went on the bike into campus for a little bit then came back and recovered before running. Good timing. Felt solid out, and even picked it up on the way back. Wasnt expecting that at all. Felt strong on the hills. Really appreciated all the undergrads out partying it up as they finish up the semester.

Essentials: Stretch

Brief stretch when I got back, legs are pretty tight actually. This week was tough recovery after the race actually. Tougher than it should be.
