Weather: 75 and nice!

Comments:
Ran 4 miles after biking 27. Ran from house and out across the hood to trail of tears gravel. Up to Republic and East one black and then back south and home. This run sucked and hurt bad!! Legs hurt off bike and could not breathe for some reason. Back and chest tight but got through it!
