Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran over to AU for our last workout before MAC's. 2 400's at 3200 pace (this was a bit idealistic, and Levi and I ended up running them a couple seconds under target), and 2 200's at 400 pace (I hit that exactly where I wanted to). Felt pretty good aside from me knee feeling a little funky during striders. Didn't feel it during the workout though. I took an ice bath afterwards and I think that helped a lot with the knee as well as other aches and pains. Felt like I could really get up on my toes and move on those 2's. Jogged a couple of laps afterwards and did planks and pll at AU before the jog back to school.
