I ran an easy 5 down the Duneland Beach Route. I was supposed to do my long run this morning, but it was storming pretty bad, so I'm holding off until tomorrow. Not too much to say about this run other than this it was humid af. It probably didn't help that I haven't drink anything yet today. Not even a droplet of water in 10+ hours RIP.
