Yesterday's 16.2 miler started at 11:30am. Today's 10.08 miler ended at 11:00am. So woot! I ran a marathon in 23.5 hours!
Legs were sore of course from the unprepared distance yesterday, but I was actually fueled properly so the rest of my body felt really good. Still gonna go hard the next two days before I have to take about 2 weeks off :(
My two runs put together is a 2:53:48 marathon which is decent all things considered.
Time to go SMASH some Motha Day food.
