Comments:
old highway to recycle back on new highway....first mile at pace, added 5 seconds running mile 2, mile 3 run 1 minute/walk i minute, mile 4 tried run1:30/walk:30 for 1/2 mile then settled back into original :30/1:30 pace to finish
And NO INHALER today!
