Bayshore predictions

May 25, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 83 deg

Comments:
check out these hot takes fresh out of the oven:

1. Supreme Leader 2:48
2. Tall Paul 2:50
3. Chief 2:52
4. Softin 2:53
5. Benny 3:00

Riley, you're just a really good runner. Idc that you haven't done a ton of long runs or that you consider yourself a mid-d runner. I think Tall Paul is going to lead you all and come through the half in like 1:19 and then blow up. No reasoning behind that; I just think that's what's going to happen. Tyler and Austin are going to stick together for the whole race and then Tyler is going to pull away in the last 5 miles. Peep those 5k's. And then for Ben I really have no idea how his training has gone.

But who really cares about these takes. Just go out there with a BBM (big baller mentality) and run. You guys are all better runners than you think you are. And @Austin and @Tyler remember why you signed up for this in the first place. Gonna be a funny story no matter what as long as you cross that line. BUT remember that Pat Frahm ran a 2:56:22 in his first marathon so actually just whatever happens DON'T GET BEAT BY THAT. Just peeped the weather and it looks like y'all will be in the high 60's. That's fine. You guys have nothing to worry about - trust me.

As for MY run, it was just really hot and humid, and it is only to going to get even more so these next three days. But that's ok. I enjoy running in the heat and getting wet (#SavorTheSweat) as long as I am not doing a workout or something that requires speed.

Lastly, grats to Lucas on securing the bag. Proud of you babe I MEAN UHHHH.
