First 800 workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went over to the outoor track today for my first workout with the 800 guys. The workout was relatively easy as it was supposed to be. We did 4x1200 with each 1200 in 4:00. All of them were fast and I felt generally relaxed on all of them. Got up on my toes for the last hundred of the last one but was never really in distress or anything for the entire workout. It was good to do repeats again and move somewhat fast. But the fast 200's Wednesday should be a shock. Ran a long cooldown to try to get a decent mileage for the day even though coach said I should taper my mileage just like the varsity so thats what I'll do for the rest of the year.
Workout format: 4x1200 at 80 second lap pace with about 3min recovery. (About a 500 jog)

3x15 dips before bed
Resting Heart Rate: 52 (A little high today hopefully its nothing)
Slept: probably less than 7 hours. Finnished my lab though
