great great workout. I lifted upper body before and did some light abs after. I had a ton of energy today. Much different than yesterday where I was dead tired. I don't think it was just the heat difference. I burned 1011 calories during the 75 mins, which doesn't mean much running wise, but it let's me gauge the effort of the workout due to the resistance and pace relationship with cal/min. I think I'll try hill circuit tomorrow and get back on the elliptical wednesday.
