Comments:
2.5 miles back at home in Fairview... it was good to be out on the roads, but I am so out of shape... I want to go out and run fast, but my body isn't anywhere close to being ready to perform like I want to... I need to remember to be patient... I still don't know what to make of the achilles... is it ready? I took yesterday off because I've decided to only run 4 days this week... are all of these mixed feelings about it my answer?
