Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 miles on the treadmill at 6:53 pace... the achilles felt better today... not perfect, but better... I wasn't wincing anymore... actually, it feels kind of like it did back in June, so maybe I just need to make a few appointments for some ART with Dr. Zak... he can work out all the kinks that built up during my time off and in the past week or so, and then maybe I'll be all set to go... I think I'll do that this week... I also need to look into maxing out the physical therapy, accupuncture, ART, etc on my health insurance since it's getting down to the end of the year and I didn't use all of my benefits... I'm pretty sure that those don't rollover like cell phone minutes.

I'm also going to e-mail Dr. Joy tomorrow to see what she thinks about all of this... oh, and I almost forgot, I should be almost ready for her to write me a prescription for nitroglycerin patches to get some extra blood flow to my achilles... that's pretty exciting.
