got picked up by Si at the LMS and dropped at the HS a few minutes late for a 3:45 practice with two sprinters (Ella and Allison who ran 8 hard-fought 200s). Couldn't find them until they called me from AU wondering where I was. I went to find myself a mini bus but found an empty parking spot instead. I decided to change into running clothes and run to AU which I did. Took awhile to loosen up and the right groin/hip flexor/Psoaz was not happy. It is never happy after the Friday morning runs. Either way, pace dropped from north of 8:00 to 7:00 as I tried to get to AU in time to keep them from sitting unattended. Oversaw their workout with some stretching, planks, and core strength in between each pair of 200s. Eventually, I ran back to GDS at 7:00 pace or so.
