Comments:
4x1200 on the track. supposed to be 80-85/lap. hit 3:57, 3:56, 4:11, then the last one just did 800 and ran 2:34. still feel shitty any time i do long intervals, but getting better, i just need to be more consistent with my mileage and stay healthy.
