Easy Run and off season 800 stuff

Comments:
Did my normal Lee loop today alone jamming to my ipod. Felt really easy and didn't go fast at all for it. Legs were a little tired from the workout yesterday so I took it easy. Taking the mileage down as coach instructed just like the varsity is. I ran around 12:30 to 1ish and then came back after class for the rest of it. I'm tired now from all the stuff but its a good tired hopefully this will get me ready to run super fast later.
6x150 strides on the indoor track
Static 3 and Eagle with 15 pushups after running
Medball abs, Plyos, and hip rotations after lifting.
3x15 dips before bed
Resting Heart Rate: 44 (I was freaking out over nothing again)
Slept: 8.5 to 9 hours. Hit the hay early last night.
