Warmup, saved 4 toads, dynamics
Ez loop, end going up Cowan , down sidewalk then back down and up 2 more times. Do 2x, on 3rd loop go up Cowan backwards.
After 1st loop, 20 push-ups, after 2nd - 20 burpees, after 3rd - 2 min plank. Leg swings and done.
