Comments:
Ran before breakfast with Justin and Aaron on the main road. I continued a bit after they split back off for the farm. Felt very nice. All flat, so that definitely helped. Won’t be able to incorporate any hills this week, but that’s not the end of the world for the first week of training. Did planks/pll beforehand, and later in the day, did an “impossible abs” exercise on YouTube with Abby and Laura that was decently challenging.
