Comments:
Essentially was coaching this workout, but the easy pace was exactly what I needed. We did 8x400m w/ a 100m recovery between each and a 400m recovery at halfway. Plus substaintial warm-up and cooldown with sprint drills, strides, and hurdle walkthroughs which I needed. Achilles sore again. Back still tired.
