Swim - 2000 neg split. Overall time was 32 minutes.  First 1000 was easy and relaxed (70%).  Second was a bit more effort (80%).  Since I swam straight through, I don't have times for the splits.  Counting laps occupied my mind.  But I still gave thought to the position of my arms and my head.
