Today I did a short version of Wednesday's upcoming race just to get back into the swing of 3 sports in one race. Went fairly well and I didn't go super hard, but tried to work on my transitions to make sure they'd be feasible in the race on Wednesday. Biking was pretty tiring and so was swimming. and so was running LMAO but I had a hard bike/run brick workout yesterday, so it's understandable that my legs were pretty shot.
Last hard workout of training block 1 for race 1! Finally taking an off day tomorrow lmao don't remember the last time I took a complete off day. Much needed
