Yep, today was a hot one. During my bike and run, it didn't feel as hot as it actually was, so that was good. Probably helped that my sports bra was still wet from the swim and my tri shorts were still a little wet so it kept me cool. I also went super slow lol
Really didn't run much again this week, but it's hard to run more when I'm so tired all the time. And I like biking so much better, so I'm pushing running away for a bit. I should lower my bike mileage and up my running mileage the next couple weeks after my race. That sounds like a good idea
