Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down MacArthur to the Little Falls Branch trail, then looped by taking Namakagan back. That makes for a flat first half and a very hilly second half of the run. It felt pretty good. Now that I won't be squeezing in runs before dinner, I can do a lot more strength. All I did today was a couple sets of pushups and that's just not enough.
(Also, just wanted to add, that I live streamed the races today from NBN and you all did an awesome job! Very impressive to extend a season like that and thrive in that championship atmosphere weeks after our season is over.)
