So with my gym membership, I got one (1) free session with personal trainer. It was scheduled for 5:30 today, but I completely forgot about it until I got home at 5:15. Had nop idea what to expect or what we were going to do but it turned out we just lifted weights for 20 minutes and I got REKT. My body is not used to doing any actually lifting. We got all of my legs and arms so afterwards when I tried to swim I just went short and slow. Then when I got home I was super hungry so I think I am going to go for one of those special night runs.
