Comments:
Did next of petes little tempo workouts - 2 min 3 min 4 min 3 min 2 min with half recovery. Felt ok. Second half was more uphill and definitely slower. My dad passed me in an uber on the way to the airport and yelled my name, which was quite a shock in the moment.
