A little wandering

Weather: 80ish and moderate humidity

Comments:
Not as hot as it has been, but still, clearly summer. Ran over to HS around 5:45 thinking I might find the senior led run, but I'd missed them. I wandered down Wisc and into Glover and up Mass to Ward and into the bathroom at Au and back to HS and then home after a long pause to talk with the hardcore members of the team who had finished their senior led run at GDS. Felt pretty slow, but not terrible and I was at 7:38 pace from Ward to GDS, although slower earlier and on the last half mile home was nearly 8:00 pace. Glad i got myself to do this run. I almost convinced myself to take today off.
